1. Booking Fees
A booking fee is required to secure your service appointment. This fee:

Is credited toward the final cost of your service.

Is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice.
This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensures that appointment slots are used efficiently.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

More than 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, your booking fee can be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: Your booking fee will be forfeited. We reserve the right to require a new booking fee to reschedule.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email.
3. Refunds for Services and Parts
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product or service:

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after a service has been completed

Issues arising from misuse, neglect, or external damage after pickup

Normal wear and tear
If you believe there is an issue with the service or parts provided, please contact us within 7 days of pickup so we can assess and resolve it promptly.
4. Warranty Work
We stand by the quality of our work. If there is a fault with our workmanship:

We will inspect and re-service the affected area at no cost within 30 days of the original service.

Parts may carry separate manufacturer warranties.
